Our story with Sosa Ingredients, part of the Savencia Gourmet group, began in 2018. What started as a collaboration soon became an ongoing creative dialogue — a journey into the heart of innovation and the visual language of modern gastronomy.
Sosa is not just a company that develops ingredients. It is a place where science meets imagination, where chefs and pastry chefs from around the world find tools to transform ideas into experiences.
